Nicaro (in Silver Spring) "Glad they are in the 'hood" January 02, 2008 - Have been to Nicaro about six times since they opened and love it. Sat twice in the dining room for a meal with my family but mostly at the bar. Service is friendly and the food has been great. I have seen at least three different menus since my first visit. One constant (please don't take this one off the menu!!!!!) is the lamb bolgonaise with house pasta. Rich and delicous.
